What does a lifetime guarantee mean?
All our items are protected by a tarnish-free guarantee. If you observe any tarnishing on your item, we will repair or replace it -- no questions asked.

When will I get my pre-order?
Pre-order shipping dates are noted on each item (it's all usually the same per collection). In some cases, items will ship out earlier than expected.
